30 years ago if you were to ask me about my interest in a sales role, I would have said no.

My sales career started when I fell into a role that needed someone to wear multiple hats, one of those hats being sales.

With no training, there were wins, but more losses. I started reading books and following programs that assisted with winning more business. The truth is, I learned more from my mistakes. 

Over the years of my career, I was introduced to many different sales processes. All of them had similar bullet points but left me feeling like I was missing something. Through these experiences, I decided to develop my own sales process and test it with a team of sales managers.

This sales process is called the CLOSER, I used it to launch a new company. I gave myself the goal to hit $3 million dollars of revenue in the first three years. We hit that goal thanks to the CLOSER sales process.
